Terms of Service

By accessing or using ChaChingify (“the Service”), operated at chachingify.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

ChaChingify is a subscription-based platform that helps print-on-demand (POD) sellers manage their products across Printify and Etsy. The Service provides a unified dashboard for syncing products, matching listings across platforms, calculating profit margins, and analyzing pricing data.

To use the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us promptly of any unauthorized use

You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.

ChaChingify connects to third-party platforms (Printify and Etsy) using their official APIs. By connecting your accounts:

• You authorize ChaChingify to access and retrieve data from these platforms on your behalf
• You confirm that you have the right to authorize this access
• You understand that your use of Printify and Etsy is also subject to their respective terms of service
• You acknowledge that ChaChingify's functionality depends on the availability of these third-party APIs, which may change without notice

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized individuals
• Use the Service to scrape, crawl, or collect data from Etsy or Printify outside of authorized API access
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Service without our written consent
• Use the Service in any way that violates Etsy's or Printify's terms of service

ChaChingify offers free and paid subscription plans. For paid plans:

• Billing occurs monthly on the anniversary of your subscription start date
• You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• All paid plans include a 14-day money-back guarantee from the initial subscription date
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days' advance notice
• We are not responsible for any fees charged by Printify, Etsy, or other third-party services

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the data practices described therein.

We handle Etsy member data as a service provider to you (the seller) and process such data only to fulfill the services described in these Terms.

The Service, including its design, code, features, and branding, is the intellectual property of ChaChingify. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works based on the Service.

Your content (product data, listing information, etc.) remains yours. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to access, store, and display your content solely to provide the Service.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Profit calculations or analytics will be perfectly accurate
• Third-party API integrations will always be available
• Data synced from Printify or Etsy will be complete or current at all times

You are responsible for verifying any financial data or calculations before making business decisions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ChaChingify shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use of or inability to use the Service
• Errors or inaccuracies in profit calculations or data syncing
• Unauthorized access to your account
• Interruption or cessation of third-party API services (Printify, Etsy)
• Any third-party conduct or content

Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or if continued service is not feasible. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination:

• Your access to the Service will cease
• We will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy
• Any outstanding fees remain payable

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
